Gallaudet University follows the requirements of the Office of Management and Budget Circular A-21 Cost Principles for Educational Insitutions (OMB A-21); Circular A-110 (OMB-A-110) Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Agreements with Institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals, and Other Non-Profit Organizations; and Circular A-133  (OMB A-133) Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations as well as other agency guidelines.    For all post-award grant issues, please refer to the Finance Office for guidance with regard to the following university policies designed to ensure Gallaudet's compliance with federal regulations and guidelines.
